Budget: Private charters usually start around €500–€700 per person/week, depending on yacht type, season, and destination. The WideSeas Personalised Sail Plan (€210) is a one-time service that saves you hours of research and ensures the best route and value.
Best for: Couples, families, or groups who want a curated yet flexible private sailing experience — with or without a set itinerary.

A Private Charter means chartering an entire yacht just for you and your group. You choose whether to simply book a yacht (free service) or get our full route-planning support through a paid Personalised Sailing Plan.
WideSeas offers two ways to plan your private sailing trip: Boat-Only Plan (Free): for travellers who already know their route — you fill the form, and we send tailored yacht offers. Personalised Sailing Plan (€210): for travellers who need guidance on destination, route, and yacht options — we design your route and then share matching boats.
It’s simple: 1️⃣ Fill out the inquiry form. 2️⃣ Your answer to the first question (“Do you already know where you’d like to sail?”) will guide you to the right flow: If you already know → Boat-Only Plan (free yacht offers). If you need help planning → Personalised Sailing Plan (€210) (paid service). 3️⃣ For the paid service, once you complete the form, you’ll immediately receive payment instructions by email. 4️⃣ After the payment, we’ll start crafting your personalised route and send you your Sailing Plan with yacht options.

No — the Personalised Sailing Plan fee is not deductible. It covers the time and expertise to research, design, and prepare your sailing plan. However, booking your yacht through WideSeas afterwards comes at no extra cost.
1.Boat-Only Plan: you’ll receive yacht offers within 3-5 working days. 2.Personalised Sailing Plan: your tailored plan and boat suggestions are delivered within 5-7 days after payment.
After you submit the form, you’ll receive an email with payment instructions (bank transfer details and reference). Once the payment is confirmed, we begin your planning immediately.
